Country Tires Introduce

Country Tires, situated at 11220 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30076, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. As its name explicitly suggests, Country Tires primarily specializes in providing new and used tires and related services. However, a deeper look into their offerings and customer experiences indicates that their services can extend to more complex vehicle modifications and general auto repair, positioning them as a versatile automotive service provider for the Roswell and Alpharetta communities.

The environment at Country Tires, typical of an auto repair station specializing in tires and wheels, is a functional garage space. It is equipped with the necessary machinery for efficient tire mounting, balancing, and rotation. This includes specialized equipment for handling various vehicle types, from cars and vans to SUVs and trucks of all sizes. The facility likely houses a large inventory of both new and used tires, indicating ample storage space and an organized system for quick access to parts. While explicit details on a customer waiting area or specific amenities are not provided, the nature of their business, involving quick services like tire changes, implies a practical space designed for efficiency. However, it's important to note that customer feedback can sometimes reflect on the overall atmosphere and organization of the shop, and some reviews mention concerns about professionalism and timeliness within this environment.

The services offered by Country Tires are comprehensive within the realm of tires and wheels, and extend to certain automotive customizations. Their core services include:

  • **New Tire Sales:** They stock a wide range of new tires from major manufacturers for various vehicle types, emphasizing quality tires for all budgets.
  • **Used Tire Sales:** Country Tires boasts one of the largest inventories of used tires in Roswell and Alpharetta, providing a more affordable option for customers.
  • **Tire Mounting & Installation:** Professional service for fitting tires onto wheels, including balancing.
  • **Tire Balancing:** Ensuring proper weight distribution for smooth driving and even tire wear.
  • **Tire Rotation:** Moving tires to different positions on the vehicle to promote uniform wear and extend tire life.
  • **Tire Inspection & Repair:** Thoroughly inspecting tires for damage and performing necessary repairs like flat tire fixes.
  • **Wheel Sales:** Offering a selection of aftermarket wheels.
Beyond these core tire services, some customer feedback also points to their involvement in more specialized automotive work, such as **lift kit installations** and **painted calipers**, suggesting an expansion into vehicle customization and aesthetic enhancements. They also offer lease-to-own options through partners like Acima for tires and wheels, providing flexible payment solutions for customers. The provided phone numbers, (678) 425-3645 and +1 678-425-3645, serve as direct contact points for inquiries and scheduling services.

Country Tires presents several features that would typically attract customers. Their **extensive inventory of both new and used tires** is a significant feature, offering choice and catering to different budget requirements. The availability of **competitive pricing** is also highlighted on their website, claiming "the best prices." Their capacity for **quick service**, as implied by phrases like "fast professional service" for tire mounting, is also a feature designed to appeal to customers seeking efficiency. The provision of **financing options**, specifically lease-to-own solutions through Acima, expands their accessibility to a wider customer base who might not have immediate funds for large purchases. Furthermore, the capability to perform **vehicle customizations** like lift kits and painted calipers sets them apart from basic tire shops, appealing to enthusiasts looking for comprehensive vehicle modifications. However, it's important to objectively present that reviews also highlight concerns regarding features like **honesty and professionalism**, with specific complaints about misquoting prices, lack of communication regarding parts arrival, and significant delays in service delivery, directly contradicting the expectation of "fast professional service." The very serious issue of a company vehicle being uninsured and causing an accident also brings into question their overall responsibility and operational integrity, which are critical features for any auto service provider.

From a promotional standpoint, Country Tires' online presence emphasizes their vast inventory and competitive pricing. Their website highlights "the best prices" and encourages customers to "Ask About Specials." They also promote the convenience of getting "Tire Service Today!" for flat tires or replacements. The availability of lease-to-own options is explicitly promoted as a way for customers to "Bring home the stuff you need. No perfect credit history required." This targets a specific demographic looking for flexible payment solutions. However, their promotional efforts are significantly counterbalanced by the highly negative customer reviews. The accusation of a company driver causing an accident with an uninsured company vehicle, leading to severe financial consequences for the affected party, constitutes a significant negative promotional aspect that undermines trust. Similarly, the detailed account of miscommunication, false promises regarding service timelines, and a lack of professionalism severely impacts their public image. While their website might promote their extensive inventory and affordable options, the real-world experiences documented in these reviews could deter potential customers who prioritize reliability, transparency, and accountability above all else. For Country Tires, addressing the issues highlighted in these reviews would be critical for any effective future promotional strategy, as a strong reputation for honesty and professionalism is paramount in the auto service industry.

In conclusion, Country Tires in Roswell, GA, functions as an "Auto Repair Station" primarily specializing in new and used tire sales, installation, balancing, and rotation. They also offer wheel sales and certain vehicle customization services like lift kits and painted calipers, complemented by lease-to-own financing options. While they promote competitive pricing and a large inventory, customer reviews reveal serious concerns regarding honesty, professionalism, timely service, and even corporate responsibility concerning vehicle insurance. These contrasting elements mean that while the business offers a range of services appealing to vehicle owners, potential customers should consider the full spectrum of publicly available feedback when deciding whether to utilize their services.

Country Tires Customer Reviews

Do not come here if you expect honesty or professionalism. We contacted them for a new set of tires and wheels, and for a lift and painted calipers. Everything they told us was false. Misquoted us several times for parts. When the parts finally did arrive, they never even called and told us. If we wouldn’t have called we would’ve never known. Then we drop the truck to them at 4pm and was told it would take 2 hours but they closed at 6 and opened at 8am so the truck would ready no later than 9. We arrived at 10am only to find out they had not even begun the work. They told us it would be an hour. At 11:30 they were just starting to tape the rotors said it would be another 40 minutes. We have other appointments too and are working on the timeframe they gave us. This is totally unacceptable. Do NOT PAY THEM FIRST. They do whatever they feel like doing. ZERO ⭐️s

On 2/12/25, we had a driver of this company run into the back of us at a stop light, while driving a company car. We were completely stopped at the time of the incident and police cited the driver of the company car at fault. We contacted the insurance company of Country Tires, Kemper Insurance, to start the repair process. After a few phone calls, the insurance company informed us they would NOT pay ANY towards our vehicle as the driver of the company car was not insured by Country Tires. So, we had to go through our own insurance company, pay the deductible, our truck was hit so hard it was completely totaled so now we had to get a new truck and now our insurance premiums will increase. We were not a fault for this accident but seem to be the only ones who have suffered from it, as we have heard NOTHING from Country Tires with trying to make this situation right If a company isn’t even responsible enough to insure individuals driving their vehicles, I DEFINITELY would not trust them with tires for my vehicle!!

Scammers. My father and I went to get a new tire and an employee said he’d charge us $53 minus tip and CLAIMED he was the owner. We went to the bank for cash and we’re going to give him a nice tip. Come to find out he scammed us, put the new tire on, and said it’ll be $137… we were baffled because this is not what we had agreed on. Went to talk to the real owner and he gave us a USED tire for $53. Aside from that situation they also took FOREVER to do the changes. They also huddled around us quite aggressively trying to get us to pay $137. I was scared. Safe to say no tip was given.

Good workers but they suck at customer service. When you complainte about the service they've offered you, they speak to you badly in Spanish. I had to hear from an employed that he doesn't care what I told him. He told me clearly: I don't give a damn about you. For service they do it well
