Did a great job on selling me a rebuilt kubota motor,but once I wanted parts for it that weren't on my original motor I was very disappointed with the service, not returning phone calls, have been trying several weeks to get a replacement relay they sold me earlier

Sent in a Cat 299D EX3 (Kubota)engine for rebuild. Kevin Harris promised the moon and all his lucky stars! Got the engine back and installed the engine. Right out the gate we have a front crank seal leaking. I call up Kevin and they send another seal. Install it and we’re good. 97 hrs later engine is running erratically. I take it to Riggs Caterpillar for an initial inspection. They tell me the fuel has metal shavings in it. The fuel pumps and injectors are going down. I call Country Sales and Service LLC AND TALK TO KEVIN. He tells me since I took it to the Cat dealer they won’t cover warranty. He says it’s got be taken to them. This is a 10 hour -12 hour trip for me. All cat does is inspect the fuel system. So after Cat tells Kevin it has metal in the fuel tank Kevin is calling it dirt and it refusing to warrant their (CSSllc) rebuild. After talking to him I tell him this is nonsense and he just hangs up on me. Country Sales and Service LLC does not stand behind their engines. Run backwards!!!!!!!!!!!

Specifically ordered intake and exhaust valve guides for a Kubota cylinder head. I was charged for and sent intake and exhaust valves (two totally different parts). Called explaining the mistake that they made and was told I’d be stuck with the 20% restocking fee if I wanted to return the parts (even though it was their mistake). Ended up making my own valve guides to complete the job over the possibility of getting the wrong parts for a second time and waiting another 3 days worth of shipping time. Will be finding a new place for Kubota parts when the time comes after previously spending thousands of dollars here.

I didn’t know of this business until a local Grasshopper guru (Jed) sent me there way. Scott was very helpful in finding me a radiator for a 725D Grasshopper. His knowledge and own experience in cooling system flushing helped me insure better cooling of the Kubota engine. Price and shipping were excellent. Kudos to Scott and Staff, and Jed.

Purchased a motor from them over a year ago which is now out of warranty. My fault at this point. Main issue I have with this is that my father and I reached out to them stating how serious the blow by was on this "rebuilt motor" and how much of a concern we had of this because who wouldn't. They responded with, "It needs to be broken in and run it for awhile." I don't put many hours on and still had my hopes the issue would resolve itself trusting the "professionals". Called them back again stating that the issue I had 1 week after replacement was still a major issue. They now responded with. "It's been over a year not our problem and we've had some internal changes". Oh great, thank you very much for taking my hard earned money and giving me a lesser motor in return. I wish companies would take more pride in standing behind their work and at least entertain the customer. Thanks for nothing, I hope who ever is looking for a rebuilt motor finds a better alternative than taking the risk I did. Wish I had the ambition to reach out to the BBB because obviously this is not the first time with this issue according to other reviews and they should not be doing business if this is the outcome with basically no one to stand behind the work.

Have only ever ordered over the phone , but they have an excellent supply of Kubota rebuild kits! I have gotten everything i need for kubota overhauls
