I went in for a head gasket replacement and thermostat, after being up sold about 2k on a timing chain, I get home and my engine has a NEW slow coolant leak from an engine freeze plug, which also ruined the thermostat I just bought. He said it's not their problem (even though I paid for my cooling system to function) and suggested I pay another $165 for them to diagnose the problem. $3k later my truck is still sitting in the driveway unusable after paying "professionals" to fix my cooling system. But hey, at least I got a timing chain that I didn't need 🤣 PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A REPUTABLE MECHANIC. THIS PLACE IS ALL SALESMEN AND ALL $ SIGNS.

One chance to make first impression. Found out after dropping truck off for oil change / tire rotation that a courtesy service wasn’t available. Bought the truck here in July 2018 even though residence was in Toledo. Ballas serviced my vehicle there and courtesy service was excellent. Retired and moved back to Newark. Trying to adjust to the less than, life style.😡

I took my truck to have an ignition recall fixed I had trouble getting my key to turn .....not only did they not tell me that they would have my truck for a flipping week I get it back an its worse then it was I had to pull the ignition my self just so I can start my truck NO GOOD!!!!!!
