Costco CS is failing terribly with their DEI hires. I do think it is great that they hire multi-generational, but the people they are hiring at all locations sound ghetto from the hood, and speak to people that way. Today, I spoke to the TC, and no one answered for 15 minutes, then when I called back for the 100th time, a guy answered the phone, and put me on hold another 10 minutes. I inquired about pricing, and he quoted me double the amount of Discount tire, and claimed it was a special lol They need a 24-7 receptionist for TC hours. They need someone who can communicate effectively, and not struggle articulating. No one here seems to ever know what they're doing, or saying.

A very slow service. I came in with an appointment at 10am on the dot. I had to wait 30 minutes to get help. After that they took about 2 hours to change 2 tires. I came in at 10am, and left after 12:30pm. I don't understand the reason for appointments since a lot of the people that had no appointment got serviced first. The prices are alright, but next time I'll just go to an actual tire shop and save my precious time.

This is the slowest tire center I’ve been too. They get the work done, but they are severely understaffed and don’t seem to have any issue taking hours on end to get your service done. I’ve been sitting waiting for my car that hasn’t had a person near it in the lift for 30 minutes. And they don’t have the best customer service. Most of the interactions I’ve had with staff here are rude and so so slow. Not a lot of good things to say but it’s Costco…so I’ll keep coming back.

Tried calling multiple times to confirm availability of a certain tire and install costs. Phone rang indefinitely for 5 whole minutes. Based on other reviews, seems this tire center is poorly run and can barely keep up or execute quality work. Probably worth steering clear of.

Always, always, get an appointment if you can (you'll be thrilled going to the front of the line). Service times are rediculously long. Don't be surprised if you have to wait six (6) hours or longer if you don't have an appointment. Never enough staff on hand. Always a long line. Undertrained desk staff lacking in basic customer service skills (more training please. Just say you're sorry if someone in the shop, front or back, screws up. Don't get defensive. Apologize and give options. Also, better to reasonably overestimate service times as customers will be thrilled when their service is completed sooner and it will give them a buffer in their own schedules). If you have wheel locks bring them with you as this shop, unlike the vast majority of other shops, doesn't have a set to help you out of a jam with. Management appears to be non-existent. Some staff are very pleasant and accommodating though rare (pay them more?). Two stars seems disingenuous, three seems a bit much. 2.5/5 stars.
