I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the Costco tire center definitely earned this one. If you're considering getting new tires, I would strongly advise against going here. To keep it brief, they didn’t change my tires, left the lug nuts loose, and my back left tire ended up flat. On top of that, their communication about reserving my tires was extremely poor. Fortunately, I asked, or I would have been left in the dark. I should also mention that they never pick up the phone, which only adds to the frustration. Please see video below of loose lug nuts

Francis, at the tire center on Automation, was so extremely helpful today. I had to write a review because he went above and beyond. I needed help putting air in my tire and asked if they did that. He said, “Sure, I'm on my break, but I can help!” He helped direct traffic so the person in the space could exit and so I could go into the space. He helped with the air and also checked to see if there was a nail on my back tire. Customer service has really been lacking most places these days, so I am just thankful that there are still good people like Francis out there! He totally made my day! Costco, he’s awesome!

- I waited for 3 weeks for my tire order. They did not contact me even if the tire was ready. (I called multiple times and found out my tire is already ready) -Right after i dropped my car for replacement, i got text message saying "Thank you for having your vehicle serviced at Costco today, your vehicle is ready to be picked up." which is obviously wrong. Total chaos.

I have an emergency: a tire has pop. Now I have been refused service because they are “closing in 20 minutes". I think I'll cancel my membership.

Do not go here, you aren’t saving money or time. Go to Tirerack.com, have the tires delivered to American Tire on Brokaw, and have them installed there. Costco Tire center cannot honor their appointments nor handle walk ins.
