Costco Tire Center

Had to wait over a week to make an appointment for installation of tires I purchased on line. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for the tires to be installed. Service is not great. Ended up being around 2 hours. The tires are of good quality and priced reasonably. Used them again in January 2025 - able to make an appointment to coincide with the arrival of my tires and everything was on schedule with the installation. It was as difficult to find my car after the install as there doesn’t seem to be enough designated spaces for the tire center and my vehicle was parked in the general lot. I had to get a tech to find it for me. Raised from 3 to 4 stars.

What a great experience! The team here are so efficient and helpful. They are straightforward and will explain to you what you need in terms of tires. Just a word of warning, they are almost always busy, so you will definitely have to schedule an appointment.

Never again. Ordered a set of tires on the website, soonest installation appointment was 2 weeks out but the website said they accept walk-ins. I went to the store, no vehicles in the garage at all, 3 technicians sweeping the floor. They tell me the soonest they can install my tires is 2 weeks out. I said you have no customers right now, their response was they were waiting on several appointments and I could wait but they probably would not get to me before they close - even told me it was a Tesla and a couple trucks to make it seem more significant. I asked for a refund and will never go through this again. No vehicles in the bays and technicians pushing brooms!

I have a 2019 suburban. called to get tires. no tires that fit in stock, and 2 weeks out for an appointment. I called discount tire, they had 6 or 7 different tires in stock that fit, and got me in the same day. Costco, if you are going to provide the service, do it right. I assume if I had a flat and needed a repair it would ve the same? "sorry, it will be 1 week for us to order your tire, and another week to schedule the appointment" no thanks.

Out of the 3 supervisors, 1 out of 3 is in a position that is unfortunately over his head. it's a gamble what kind of service you're going to get here. having to return to have his mistake fixed was just he icing on the cake (See Pic). You might want to visually inspect your wheel weights before you leave the parking lot unless you want to risk water getting underneath the adhesive and having a stick of weight flying off in inclement weather, because that one guy decides it's ok to stick part of the weight running up the backside of the spoke leaving a gap for water to get to the adhesive. For the record 3 different people and not a simple were sorry that you had to return for us to fix our mistake was said. And when I asked for the supervisor, I don't appreciate the girl at the counter telling me "I think that supervisor is here today" and me having to tell her "I know he is here because I walked by him 60 seconds ago when I walked across the shop to enter the building..
