I was able to schedule online fast and easy. I received communications reminding me about that appointment (which to me is very helpful). The shop is clean and has a nice sitting area, and I was greeted upon arrival and offered water/coffee while I waited. Took about 30 minutes to perform an oil change and then walk me through my vehicle including one of the most comprehensive inspections that I've ever had. No issues, no trying to upsell me or run a tab on unnecessary repairs. My favorite! Just moving to the area I had no idea what to expect but now I know and won't go anywhere else.

Polite and friendly service even in the middle of a snowstorm. I had brought my truck in due to constantly losing air. They threw on my spare and showed me where the leak was coming from. The shop’s waiting room is clean and their service folks Zach and Brittany were helpful and also recommended good tires that I could replace my almost wore out set with.

I came in with very specific needs on a type of tire. They found what I needed, gave me options in pricing and didn't try to upsell me to the priciest choice. They were prompt in ordering the tires and getting them on my car. They were detailed in any explanations and made sure I was satisfied. They will definitely get my future business in Tomah!

Went there to pick up my vehicle after paying over $2100 for a complete brake job. My vehicle wouldn't start and had to be jumped. Then I was told I needed a new battery and alternator. Took my vehicle to another place. The alternator tested fine and all I needed was a new battery. Very poor service and untrustworthy. Will never go back.

Appreciate the prompt attention to my vehicle, as I had other appointments that day. The review of my vehicle was very thorough. The time taken to review it with me was nice. Good job on the oil change, no leaks so far.
