My 2008 Lexus ES350 had 164k miles and was going strong. But last Sunday it was pissing coolant like a fountain so I quickly found the nearest mechanic that was open on a Sunday (rare) before the leak rendered me immobile. Everyone was super friendly at Cook's and got to work right away. Gave me a quote in like 1h after identifying that the leak came from the original water pump that basically fell apart. Even took a video for me to see. They replaced the water pump and the thermostat (also original and needs replacing) in a day and I was able to pick my car up on Monday around 3pm. They even gave me two wiper blades for free just because I saw they were selling them and asked about it. The car felt great and going strong again. Looking forward to another 160k miles haha. Couldn't be happier with Cook's and I will come back again for future services.

This place is amazing! I real appreciate the quality of service, the environment, and transparency of staff. They Weill educate you on parts of your car and explain everything you need to know in a way that’s understandable. I’ve been here 2x and I honestly don’t go to other car places because they can be a bit unreasonable. Trust me, you will be taken care of!

Had a emergency flat less than 10 mins away from their place. The two gentlemen were very helpful and were very prompt. They told us originally that it would be a couple hours but it took 1 hour. Price is reasonable for the area forsure, and the tires are all new.

My new favorite car mechanic shop and I'm pretty experienced with car repairs/servicing. I kind of want to keep this place a secret to myself since they're new and not quite that busy yet but I'm sure they will be soon. Had my most recent oil change here and not only did it look to be the cheapest in the area but they match prices as well. Also had a serpentine belt change here. Service is especially friendly, transparent, and most importantly fast. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable.

Awesome clean shop. The guys are clean, professional and polite. Relaxed comfortable environment. They worked with my warranty company to get my car fix.
