Continental Collision

My vehicle was towed to Continental after I was involved in an accident. The following morning I called the facility they came and picked me up from my home, got me set up with my rental car and handled my entire claim. My Bmw looks pre accident condition and was done sooner than expected. The process was easy and effortless. Hopefully I never need them again but if in the event they will be the shop of my choice. Highly recommend.

This family owned business is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. Jeff is apparently a drunk and/ or a drug addict. My vehicle was towed to him and since then he has been irritatable on the phone, violent and tons of profanity spewing from his mouth. This is likely why you will only get his sister on the line. My car was not made available on the day he advised me to meet him. Instead,he was arguing with one of his mechanics, nasty, forgot to bring my car to be picked up, told me I may have to wait as much as 5 hours for his error, he said, "tough, that's how I operate". And, not to mention I left employment prematurely on public transportation to make this appointment! Feeling threatened, I left and filed a police report that my vehicle was being withheld. Totally do not trust this man. If you want respectful service without having to involve the police to coerce him to cooperate, go elsewhere! Terrible!
