Kempthorn Motors suggested using Conley's Service and Towing to transport our vehicle to Kempthorn Auto Collision. Conley's caused $2,100 in damage to our vehicle and won't take responsibility. The tow driver even told Kempthorn Auto Collision they damaged the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will damage your vehicle and deny it! Now we will have settle in court! Buyer Beware!

The worst experience PERIOD. Was involved in an accident. The driver refused to let us get anything from the vehicle. Explained that my daughter's medication was in her purse, along with her ipad and other personal belongings. And that my house keys, office keys, tools, and vehicle info I needed for insurance was in there. They said I could contact them tomorrow. Well it was a holiday and told me I'd have to wait till Monday. They were EXTREMELY rude, and when I started getting upset about out their utter lack of concern for my situation, they hung up on me!
