These guys are the absolute best in the city and deserve more recognition. Very good prices compared to franchise and chain auto shops. My mechanic was texting me pictures and updates concerning what had to be done to the car and how it is done. He even offered a video chat. What caught my attention was the price of the diagnostic is about $75-$85 less than anywhere else ($100 flat) and if you decide to fix what was found in the diagnostic, they waive the $100 dollar charge and charge you for parts and labor (also very reasonable costs). On top of all of that they had my car done in about 2 to 3 hours the same day on New Year's when everyone else was closed and my car was fixed and they took very good care of me. Thank you Charly's! Excellent service. Family business, Carlos and his brother (I think his name was Vincent) were very professional. I don't usually leave reviews unless the service was absolutely the best and these guys have all my future business. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

I was charged for dropping off my car to have them check a few things. Only to be told I am being charged diagnostically. The manager was not friendly when I had asked why I'm being charged and why he didn't tell me about being charged before agreeing to leaving my car there. He said DO YOU THINK WE WORK FOR FREE? ARE YOU NOT GOING TO PAY!? It wasn't that i was refusing to pay, it was your fault you didn't communicate your charges when I was on the phone with you. I even called vs. Walking in out of courtesy a day before. My car took 4 plus hours to simply check if there we're issues, i left with no concrete answers. Anyone would feel this way, if they weren't aware of charges before hand. One of the employees who rung me up was saying that I was complaining. I'm sure if it we're you or your family member, friend, you would have questioned the same thing. One other employee actually was the only one who listened and understood. He handed me 20 back sadly no apologies given. 20 min wait for a receipt to tell me what the charges were. Lesson learned to not give people the benefit of the doubt, ask to see if they charge before ending the phone call or dropping off your car for them to service. I do not recommend this shop for your repairs period.

A true definition of a Friendly. Trustworthy business professional. Quick Call back. Easy Booking and I am very fortunate that Jason was able to work with my last minute/short notice booking and had my car done and running the very next day. Topped my fluids without me asking. Awesome surprise especially being a women who doesn't check fluids. His pricing was the best part he beat everybody else's price. I will be a return customer. I will recommend his location. Very accessible. 10 stars A++ Service. Thank you Community Auto Repair.

I have been going here for almost a decade along with a few of my family members.... Even with the change in ownership— this place never fails to be not only honest, but timely! Always making you a priority. I was especially impressed with my last visit. Shout out to Karen! Always asking the right questions and being so knowledgeable and helpful and to Jason for having my car done in such a timely manner. I no longer stress when it comes to having a repair or even basic maintenance. Thank you!
