There is so much experience in this place. It's old school and they don't gouge. The guys are super nice, took me right in for a 3 axle alignment. They'll let you know if they see something sketchy outside the scope of the job too. Anything suspension related, they are the experts. The shop is at the end of west Broadway and you can sleep there if getting work done. Trailers aren't a problem. Bring it. They align those too!

I have a class C motorhome and no one else could figure out my weird tire wear problem. All I had to do was show them a picture of my tires and they knew exactly what was wrong. I scheduled an appointment and they had me fixed and running perfect the next day! Everyone there was nice and explained exactly what they were going to do in simple terms and made the experience as easy as possible. Price was cheaper than I expected as well! A+

I am shocked to see the negative reviews of this company as my experience was great. We had broken a leaf spring on our travel trailer on Friday of Labor Day weekend. We were stranded on I80 until a roadside assistance truck helped us to get off the highway. He directed us to Commercial Truck & Trailer. Sure enough, they had the parts and were able to help us immediately. Let me also mention that we pulled into their lot about 15 minutes prior to them closing for the holiday weekend. However, without hesitation they fixed us right up. And.....they didn't even rip us off as I had truly expected. I was shocked when my husband came out and told me the incredibly reasonable total on the bill. And Kevin, the manager, came out before we left and refunded us $20 because they had reused our bolts and didn't need to charge us for new ones. Amazing. They, along with the highway safety patrol, turned what could have been an absolute disaster into a less painful experience.

First of all, the employees here are miserable to deal with from a parts person’s perspective. Not only can they just barely communicate what they’re looking for, but when they get the wrong part they take no fault for it. It’s automatically all on the parts person. I had the misfortune of dealing with Ward, I made an honest mistake and misunderstood what it was he was looking for. Even after reading the description and price of the tool he was looking for twice to him he made no effort to say anything and correct me. When he came to my store to pick it up he had the audacity to yell in my face about it. I was belittled and berated over a genuine mistake. It wasn’t often that I made a mistake while at that store and I offered to make it right by getting him what he really needed but it wasn’t good enough for him. I’m not the only one who had issues with Ward or the other employees there. My mother used to be branch manager at nickles bakery and would deal with them to get their trucks fixed. Not only did he mess up on items they paid for, but he refused to make it right. My store didn’t pay me nearly enough to deal with the likes of him, so I quit. There’s no reason to treat anyone like that over a mistake. And it was a mistake on both ends.

Took our Class C motor home here to do an alignment. We also asked them to do grease job and oil change when they had it on the lift. RV was not done when it was suppose to be so required us to go a second time...not an efficient pickup. Nor did they grease anything as custoner requested. First and last time we will ever use this company. I am notifying all my friends to stay Away!
