I recommend reading the 1-star reviews to see the common theme from Columbus Collision Center prior to choosing them for your repair needs. My Fiat was in an accident when it was hit parked outside my home. While researching best auto body shops for Fiats, Columbus Collision Center popped up as being one of the top. The initial meeting with Eric was great and he was attentive...until I chose them and dropped my car off. I was asked to drop my car off once the auto body shop had all the parts needed for my repair. I did so which this was done to speed up the process. After a week of no communication, I contacted Eric for an update. I was informed that my car would be ready by the next week and would be notified. After waiting another week, I had to contact again since there was no communication from CCC. I was informed that it would be ready the end of the week. During this call, someone that answered and tried to assist me while Eric was with another client stated "they were searching salvage yards for parts to fix my car" which when I questioned this, the representative put me on hold and came back stating they may have the wrong car. This was concerning so I asked for Eric to call me back when he was done with the client. I never received a call this day. Once again, I did not hear from anyone and called back in. Eric then told me that they ordered the wrong bumper and it would be another week for this to come in. This was frustrating because they had my car at 3 weeks at this point and informed me that they had all of the parts when I dropped it off. While frustrated, I asked that they cover the cost of any additional rental car fees since their error put me outside of my month long rental coverage. I was told they would email me a written statement for a paper trail stating this. After not receiving the email statement (called in 3 times) notifying that CCC would take on the additional costs due to their error, I had to stop in just to have Eric email me. After my car was finally finished, I went in to pick this up and dropped off my rental car at CCC since they work with Enterprise. The next morning, I was contacted by Enterprise to inform me that I was past my rental coverage which I acknowledged and asked them to send me the invoice for any outstanding amount since CCC would cover this. Enterprise told me they would have to wait until the car was dropped off. CCC never informed the day I dropped this off which I had to do so and Enterprise removed the added day, but still had one day outstanding. I then found that my spare tire cover for my hatchback was missing and CCC did not put this back in my car. I had to go back to CCC for them to pick this up along with the top piece for the hatchback. After I received the invoice, I sent this to owner Ashley Hull via email and asked that I be reimbursed by check. At this point, I did not want to physically go back to CCC since I have had a poor month long experience. After two weeks of not receiving the check, I reached out both email and phone to both Ashley and Eric. After one response of Eric saying he would have their accounting resend it and provide me with the new check number, I never heard back. I have now had no communication from texts, calls and emails from both Eric and Ashley. At this point (and based on how they have treated other clients from their reviews), I would rather provide warning for others to choose another auto body shop (maybe one that is accredited by the BBB) than to continue to fight for the one day rental charge. I wish the initial experience with CCC continued, but the numerous lies of when my car would be completed, error in ordering correct part, lack of communication, and failure to follow through with their promise (in writing) to make their error correct is why I left this review.

I had a fairly minor, but deep set of scratches on my 2022 Tacoma thanks to a mishap while putting on the tanneau cover that I needed to get fixed. I wasn't sure where to go, so I heavily relied on the reviews of a handful of the closest body shops near me to make a decision. I saw several great reviews that mentioned Eric by name and mentioned how personable the experience working with CCC was, so I decided this would be the place I would start. I'm extremely glad I did because my experience was even better than I had hoped for. I filled out the 'Contact Us' form on their website after business hours on a Monday and within an hour or two of opening on Tuesday I had a call from Eric to set up a time to bring my truck in for them to take a look. I got my quote from Eric which was lower than I expected and he set me up an appointment to drop off my truck first thing the following morning with the expectation that it'd be ready by the following day. Much to my surprise, I received a call from Eric the SAME DAY around 4PM that I could come get my truck and that it was ready to go. Needless to say the experience was phenomenal, and Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely likable and attentive to my wife and I. He explained the entire process and broke down every single charge on the estimate. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars here because I cannot put into words just how much I appreciate the service that Eric provided (and the technician who did fantastic work as well, I might add, though I do not recall his name). As someone who works at a company that is known for their top notch support, I hope the owner of CCC understands just how important having folks like Eric are to the success of their business. I hope to not ever have to see Eric again since that means my beloved truck needs something fixed, but I can guarantee that CCC will be the ONLY body shop I ever take my vehicles to so long as I live in the Columbus area. Dissatisfied Incomplete/Faulty Repair Work Dropped my car off for your shop to repair a repair that was not done correctly 2-3 different occasions, which caused me to stay in a rental pass the first day I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. It was not which lead to me keeping the rental, due to I need transportation to and from work. I was told to keep the rental not that I was going to be charged past the date it was due back. I CAN NOT bring my car back to your shop, because I ca not be without a car for getting me to work, or do I want to be charged AGAIN for a rental for something that was out of my control.

Columbus Collision Center was fantastic! After getting rear ended I needed to find an auto body shop for the repairs. From the first call, they went above and beyond to simplify the entire process from getting a rental, to towing my car to the shop, and communicating with my insurance company. They communicated with me throughout the process and provided updates as requested. The repairs were completed quickly and my car looks great! I couldn't have had a better experience!

This place is awesome. The office staff is very friendly and some go far and beyond to make a customer feel comfortable and confident about having their repairs done here. Some times it may be a while that a vehicle is there, but at the end, it's all worth it. Because I hear that painter guy there is freaking awesome!! Check him out, his name is Jeremy Goodman or something like that.
