I was told to come here to leave a review (Thanks Cathy!). See, I tried talking. The owner with the haircut was too much of a coward to talk with anyone else present. He knew he lied to all of the employees, hence the reason he moved the conversation outside. The manager fits too nicely in the haircut guys pocket to say anything that requires a backbone. It's no wonder that your entire staff wants to quit and hates everyone in charge of making decisions there. I have NEVER seen a company with such low moral. "Leadership has failed me." Seems to be the mantra of your staff, and you're all embarrassed by it. You can reply to Google reviews and tell me whatever you want, but it won't make me less correct, and that's the part you hate the most.

Absolutely amazing service department!!! Their prices are so competitive, they literally can't be beat. On top of that, the advisors are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Keenya took such great care of me!!! I'll most definitely be a customer for life!!
