No one wants a car wreck but sometimes it just happens. I was very nervous about getting my car repaired because obviously a vehicle is a big investment. The process was really smooth once it arrived at this location. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, got my car back to me earlier than expected, and even cleaned my car. I picked it up today and felt like I was driving a brand new car. I was so excited it was even cleaned out. The work looks amazing and you can’t even tell it was involved in a wreck. My car is an EV9 and because it’s electric you have to take it to somewhere that knows electric cars. This place does for sure! I’m so thankful to have my car back and be back on the road. Thank you all so much!!

This is the second time my family has used this CARSTAR location. I am definitely impressed. When I arrived, I had two people come out to look at the car with me, and both of them were very helpful and friendly. I had a similar experience when I returned to pick up the car. They beat their estimated time (and this was over Thanksgiving), and the car looks fantastic. I hope I never have to use them again, but if something does happen, I would not hesitate to return.

They did an excellent job on my car and the service they provide is very good. My car only took a week to finish. The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly. They help me with everything.

CARSTAR exceeded my expectations, I would 100% go back with any future needs. I received daily email updates as to the status of my vehicle repair and it was completed in the time frame they estimated. The dent/paint repair they did on my vehicle looked perfect. When I picked my vehicle up they had vacuumed the entire car and had plastic sleeve over my seat and paper floor mat for protection while working on it. I wish I received this level of service at maintenance appointments from other repair shops. CARSTAR has the formula down, highly recommend!

So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased! UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.

My car was given to them on Wednesday night insurance approved on Friday. Parts were ordered on Monday received on Wednesday and the car was done probably by Saturday night. I couldn’t believe how fast they did it and everyone just raise on how nice my car looks. They think My car looks better now than when I bought it. The match on the cars was excellent. If you ever ever need a car repaired, please take it to them. They even keep you updated on where your car is being fixed. They are friendly they smile if I ever have another wreck, I would love for them to fix on my car again Place was hard to fine, but it’s behind the Strip mall

The 5 star reviews are legit. I just had some work done to my Tacoma and was very impressed. Looks brand new again. Staff here went above and beyond, my truck was finished in less time than I was quoted, and they cleaned my baby inside and out. (Which is was a rough winter, so kuddos to whomever had to deal with that challenge.) I recommend their shop and if I ever need repairs in the future, they will be my first stop. Thank you!!!! 😊
