Rich Conte of Collision Specialists of Inwood, Inc. provides great customer service, excellent expertise on the field at a very competitive prices. We were given an estimate, told when to drop and pick up our car with no drama and no hassle whatsoever! Also, we were not asked to put a downpayment for the car before even starting to do any work as another collision company asked us to do. The most remarkable thing is that our car looks better than before. Also, it was detailed clean as part of their service. This is a family business that provides great customer service at competitive prices in a field that is plagued with so many unscrupulous people. It is remarkable the type of work that Rich Conte and his sons do in our Inwood community.
