Upon entering, customers can expect a clean, organized, and often spacious reception area, designed to make the intake process as smooth as possible. The atmosphere is typically professional and reassuring, with staff ready to guide you through the repair journey. Beyond the customer-facing areas, the workshops are equipped with specialized tools and machinery essential for modern collision repair. Comprehensive Services Offered

As a specialized entity within **Auto Repair Stations**, Collision Shop focuses exclusively on collision-related damages and restoration. Their services are extensive, addressing everything from minor dents to major structural damage. The core offerings typically include:

  • **Major Collision Repair**: This encompasses significant damage involving structural components, frame damage, and extensive body panel replacement. Collision Shop employs skilled technicians who utilize advanced frame straightening equipment to restore the vehicle's integrity to factory specifications.
  • **Minor Collision Repair**: For less severe incidents like fender benders, door dings, and bumper damage, they provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to repair or replace affected panels, ensuring the vehicle's appearance is restored without extensive overhauls.
  • **Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)**: A highly specialized technique used for small to medium-sized dents where the paint surface has not been compromised. PDR allows technicians to meticulously massage out dents from the inside, preserving the original paint finish and often providing a quicker and more affordable repair solution.
  • **Auto Painting and Refinishing**: After bodywork is complete, vehicles often require repainting. Collision Shop utilizes advanced color-matching technology to precisely match the existing paint, ensuring a seamless blend. They use high-quality automotive paints and clear coats to achieve a durable, factory-quality finish. This often includes multiple stages of sanding, priming, painting, and clear coating.
  • **Bumper Repair and Replacement**: Bumpers are frequently damaged in collisions. Collision Shop can repair minor scuffs and cracks or replace severely damaged bumpers with new, OEM-quality parts.
  • **Fender and Panel Replacement**: When panels are beyond repair, the shop performs precise replacement, ensuring proper alignment and fitment with surrounding body components.
  • **Suspension and Alignment Services (Post-Collision)**: Accidents can affect a vehicle's suspension and alignment, leading to handling issues and premature tire wear. Collision Shop often includes post-repair alignment checks and adjustments to ensure the vehicle drives straight and safely.
  • **Glass Replacement**: If windshields, side windows, or rear windows are damaged during an accident, Collision Shop can facilitate their replacement using OEM-quality glass.
  • **Insurance Claims Assistance**: Navigating insurance claims can be daunting. A key service offered by most Collision Shops is assisting customers with the insurance claims process. This includes preparing detailed estimates, communicating directly with insurance adjusters, and providing all necessary documentation to streamline the repair approval process.

Collision Shop Customer Reviews

I would recommend, brought my sons 2016 charger here because of payment of the deductible and being in business for 25 years. The car was completed nicely and on time promised, also my son's 500 deductible was taken care of by Mike....thanks again.

BEWARE! Before trusting these guys with your vehicle be sure to do your research! I made the wrong decision by taking my new leased vehicle here. Their work was awful and instead of correcting mistakes that they make they will place the blame on you. Some of the issues I encountered were: - misaligned hood that no longer sits perfectly flush -paint has swirl marks where they tried to blend it -bolts holding up the front bumper came out causing plastic to drag on the ground over bumps -some sort of butyl goop was used in my cold air intake which caused damage to pipes. Because of their error, I had to pay over $500 for a replacement at the car dealership. They took zero responsibility and tried to blame it on the dealership when the dealer doesn't even carry that type of stuff that was used. -my temp gauge no longer works and it's typically reads over 100degrees on at 75 degree day. Those are just SOME of the issues I've experienced with their shotty workmanship. I have a letter from the insurance company stating that the work The Collision Shop did is unacceptable and they will no long cover any work done by them. They made me believe that just because they are not a "preferred vendor" by my insurance company their work is top notch. That was simply a huge lie that I got suckered into. I urge you not to go to this establishment especially if you care about your car. Please consider a dealership or ANY other collision shop before these frauds.

Worst shop I have ever worked with, will never use again and will convey this message to all of my friends, family and colleagues and really, anyone who will read this. First, didn't complete the repairs on my car correctly (paint chips were not repaired, door made a squeaking sound when opening and closing, everything was loose, not put together correctly), took it back, they fixed part of it, but didn't fix the other half because the insurance didn't put it on the write up. Instead of calling the insurance, when the body guys said there were broken pieces on the inside of the bumper. Secondly, the manager told me my insurance company would come by on a Monday, what he lied about was the fact that he sent in the wrong paper work on Monday, didn't send the correct one till Tuesday, and insurance would come out on Thursday. He completely lied and blamed the insurance company for "cancelling" on him. Thirdly, the manager raised his voice at my wife. She was frustrated with the lack of movement (the car was in their shop for almost 2 weeks, for what should have been a 3-4 day job waiting on a few parts) and he lacked professionalism, communication skills and common courtesy. If you need to find a collision shop to fix your car, FIND A DIFFERENT SHOP

I wouldn't recommend this place for all the tea in China. Horrible customer service and they do a horrible job with collision work. I was forced to go to them twice. My husband had to point out all the stuff they missed and didn't do right. I had to return my car so they could fix their mistakes. Don't expect communication from them unless you reach out to them. You will be disappointed if you go here.

Just the best group of people. Fast, friendly service. Personally I thought the pricing was more than fair. They worked on my car twice and I'm so greatful for them
