Collision Doctor

This business is so weird. I have been here to repair 4 times and none of them satisfied me. All of 4 times, the manager or owner had conversations with me and told me that he would contact me once the estimate done however it took for weeks he didn’t call me back. I had to call him to ask for the estimate, to my surprise he said he forgot! Then he fixed my car, on the day to pick up my car, I found out that he painted different color to the original one so he had to repaint it. Recently AAA assigned me the Turbo body shop in Oakland for the estimate which was very closed to my house but I denied and proposed them to send me to Collision Doctor to repair. I spent 45 minutes to drive to him and he made an estimate but he never called me back then I had to come back Turbo to get my estimate. I then waited him for 3 weeks but he didn’t call me back. Again I called him and he said he forgot!!! It looks like that this body shop has a very bad customer service. They don’t want to work with personal customers. They want to work with companies so they can earn more. I am so disappointed with the owner and his shop. I wonder other customers would go back when they are in my situation?

I felt comfortable and confident after speaking with Luan for a quote for rear end damage on my BMW. He ordered the part ahead of time to reduce my time without a vehicle which was a great time saving for me. My car was beautifully cleaned and looked brand new after repairs. I was visiting this area with a car that wasn't mine, and I had to have it fixed quickly before returning it to the owner. Mr. De found the part and fixed the car quickly. The final cost was *less* than the estimate, which was a nice surprise since I was paying out of my pocket. Highly recommended. Be sure to say hello to Taco, their shop dog.

I don't have enough good things to say about De - the owner of Collision Doctor! My car was in really bad shape, but he took it in right away and offered me a cheaper repair price BY FAR in comparison to several other body shops in the area. On top of that, he ended up fixing it earlier and for cheaper than the date/cost he originally gave me. Lastly, when I was trying to leave, my car wouldn't start, and he said the battery needed to be changed. Next thing you know, he has a battery on the way and it arrived and was installed in 20 minutes! The best part was, though, that he got me a special discount on the battery AND he installed it for free. Like I said - De and the rest of the crew at Collision Doctor are phenomenal. Don't hesitate to take your car to him... he'll take great care of you and your vehicle!
