I hit a deer right after Christmas and Collision Center of Marshall was able to get my car fixed very quickly, and help make the process as stress free as possible. I can honestly say my car looks better than the day I got it. Staff was all very friendly and they worked around my schedule.

Wonderful people who are very kind and great to work with. Very easy to deal with insurance through them. The lady at the front desk is awesome. And my truck looks great now. Only downside is that everyone likes them and it takes a bit to get in with an appointment, but we'll worth the wait.

TOP NOTCH!! Tiffany is the best, she takes care of all the details. My Jeep was absolutely perfect when I picked it up, and clean inside and out. They detailed the whole thing! I highly recommend this place!

I had one experience through them that was great when I hit a deer. Went through my insurance so no problem. Second experience was the worst. Initial quote 4,000 then 6 and once they knew I was paying cash somehow it went all the way over 11k. Tried to get them to call my husband on multiple occasions and they never did until he showed up to look at it himself. This company claimed my life would be at risk if I drove the car and the structure was damaged. Also supposedly my radiator was falling because the bracket was not supporting it. We had it towed to KC’s in Bellevue and there was no structure damage, the radiator was not touched and $5,000 and a week later I was back in the car with no issues at all and I’ve been driving it for six months without issue.
