I am so glad I found Colima!!! Julio uses factory parts where necessary, and does not mark the parts up 300% like Whitt Bros or other shops in Aurora. I found Colima on a whim when I drove my friend to that back area on Broadway, and got talking to Julio as he was outside at that moment. My low mileage out of warranty Toyota needed work that Whit Bros in Aurora had quoted the main problem at $1,500 parts/labor, plus another $500 to replace the exhaust pipe which would have cost just over $2,000!!! Colima's quoted the entire job at ~$950, and the bill after the work was complete stayed at $950. They repaired my 1st issue using Julio's recommendation to stick with oem factory parts vs. aftermarket parts, and they welded the small leak on the tailpipe just like mechanics used to do... Fix when possible, Not replace. This review is written 7 months after my car was fixed, and it is running solid as new since Colima's Auto repaired my car. Update 2yrs later 3/14/2024: Outside of oil changes the work that Colima performed my car is still holding strong today. Again... with genuine OEM parts he bought from the Lexus Dealer because of his integrity. His $29 exhaust repair vs $500 Whit Bros has held sturdy! These men did an excellent job on my 1992 GMC Sierra C1500 truck. It runs well and I am very sastisfied with the price. These mechanics work hard and get the job done right.
