I had an excellent experience at Cochran! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. The staff took the time to explain the repairs needed on my car and provided a clear and fair estimate. They kept me updated throughout the process, which made me feel confident in their work. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by the quality of the repair—it looked brand new! They even cleaned the interior, which was a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated their friendly customer service and quick turnaround time. If you’re looking for an autobody shop that truly cares about its customers and delivers top-notch results, I highly recommend them.

I leant my Tesla Model 3 to a buddy who ended up scratching the side. We then decided on Cochran through a mutual friend and were blown away. Pauline was extremely attentive letting us know our options on how to fix the scratch as well as an (optional) detailing on the inside and outside of the car. They also happened to be the CHEAPEST option too! Process was seamless, pauline is attentive, the job was perfect and was completed in a timely manner. I will be coming back to Cochran as long as I am in LA. Thank you guys! My Model 3 looks brand new!

This place is by far The best Body Shop in Los Angeles. Pauline and her whole crew here are truly exceptional. They are some of the most honest and efficient people I have ever worked with. They were able to fix my car in a way that made it look brand new. I Went to three or four different body shops before finding them and each one was far more expensive, would have taken far more time, and were nowhere near as personable as this place. I’m a customer for life and greatly appreciate what they’ve done for me.
