Coal Rollers Fleet Management Introduce

Coal Rollers Fleet Management, located at 96 E Industry Ct, Deer Park, NY 11729, USA, positions itself within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. Based on its name, the primary focus of this business appears to be on the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles, which often include trucks and diesel-powered vehicles, alongside general automotive repair services. As an auto repair station, its function is to provide the necessary services and goods to keep commercial and potentially private vehicles operational and well-maintained.

The environment at Coal Rollers Fleet Management, as can be objectively inferred from online customer reviews, presents a concerning picture. While details about the physical appearance of the facility are not explicitly provided, the severe negative feedback suggests an environment where customer trust and professional conduct are significantly compromised. The reviews paint a picture of prolonged service times ("had my truck for 4 months"), unaddressed core issues ("the issue was exactly the same as i brought it"), and allegations of highly unethical behavior, such as the alleged swapping of expensive parts. Such comments indicate an environment where transparency and accountability may be lacking, leading to frustration and significant financial losses for customers. The reported response "Talk to my lawyer" further contributes to an impression of a challenging and potentially adversarial environment for clients, rather than a helpful and service-oriented one. An auto repair station, by definition, should foster trust and provide reliable solutions, and the negative reviews indicate a stark contrast to this expectation.

Based on the business name "Coal Rollers Fleet Management," the services offered likely include specialized repairs and maintenance for diesel trucks and commercial fleets. This would typically encompass services such as: diesel engine diagnostics and repair, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) cleaning and repair, turbocharger service, transmission repair, brake system maintenance and repair for heavy-duty vehicles, general vehicle maintenance (oil changes, fluid checks), and potentially specialized services like fleet management consulting. The negative review explicitly mentions "injectors" for a "truck," which supports the assumption of diesel and truck repair capabilities. However, without more comprehensive positive information, detailing a full range of services objectively becomes challenging beyond what is directly implied by the name and the context of the negative feedback. The focus on "Fleet Management" suggests a service model designed to handle the ongoing maintenance needs of multiple vehicles for businesses, which would typically involve scheduled servicing, record keeping, and proactive repairs to minimize downtime.

The features of Coal Rollers Fleet Management, when viewed through the lens of customer experiences, are contradictory and raise significant concerns. While the name "Coal Rollers" might appeal to enthusiasts of diesel performance, and "Fleet Management" suggests an organized approach to commercial vehicle maintenance, the documented customer experiences highlight alarming features. The most prominent feature, unfortunately, is the **allegation of severe unreliability and potential fraudulent activity**. The claim that expensive, new parts were installed on "someone else's truck" instead of the customer's vehicle, and that the original issue remained unresolved after an extended period, represents a critical failing in service delivery and integrity. The perceived lack of communication ("NEVER picks up the phone") and responsiveness ("Hasn't come!" for a tow truck) are also deeply troubling features, crucial for any auto repair station, especially one handling fleet operations where downtime is costly. The negative review also calls into question the promotion of being "Veteran Owned," suggesting that this claimed feature is being undermined by the reported business practices. In a reputable auto repair station, key features would include transparency, technical expertise, efficiency, and strong customer communication; however, the available information suggests a significant deviation from these expected standards.

Given the nature of the provided customer reviews, any promotional information for Coal Rollers Fleet Management must be approached with extreme caution and presented objectively. While a business typically promotes itself through its strengths, the only direct "promotional" material available in this context is the negative customer feedback itself. This feedback acts as a stark warning to potential customers, detailing alleged experiences of poor service, unfulfilled promises, and suspected misconduct. The statement "Go Somewhere else!!" serves as a direct anti-promotion from a customer. The mention of "Veteran Owned" in the context of a negative review highlights a potential promotional claim that is being severely undermined by customer experiences. Normally, an auto repair station would promote its competitive pricing, speed of service, expertise, warranty, or customer satisfaction. However, in this case, the available information focuses solely on highly detrimental experiences, such as extended repair times, unresolved issues, and alleged fraudulent activity, including the swapping of parts. Therefore, any promotional information would be overshadowed by these significant negative reports. Potential customers seeking services from Coal Rollers Fleet Management would need to consider these critical warnings, which currently serve as the dominant public "promotional" aspect of the business online. The phone numbers provided, (631) 940-7492 and +1 631-940-7492, are the direct contact points for inquiries, but prospective clients should be prepared to conduct thorough due diligence based on the strong warnings present in the online reviews.

Coal Rollers Fleet Management Customer Reviews

Go Somewhere else!! Keith had my truck for 4 months…when i FINALLY demanded it back, the issue was exactly the same as i brought it. WELL… then i learned that he had installed the injectors i spent $3400 from ford onto someone elses truck! “Talk to my lawyer” was his response. An absolute crook and a disgrace to the uniform. He should be banned from promoting that he is “Veteran Owned”…here is a picture of 4 “brand new” injectors that the new mechanic pulled out after 3 miles of total use
