After that, he contradicted himself. In one sentence he said, if you need a new rear, I’m the only guy around here that can do it, and in the next sentence he said, if you need a new rear, you can take it somewhere else because it’s too much work for me. I apprehensively left my vehicle…. I decided to call and say forget diagnosing it, I’m coming to pick it up. He got enraged and starting yelling at me, and said you owe me $40 for my time! He couldn’t understand why I would ask if he worked on classics and was offended that I asked. He just wanted me to drop my car off and leave it without any consultation on what was needed and what services they offered. He was upset then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I Came to get my grill & bumper replaced , they stole my old grill out of my trunk ,and to make things worst tools were missing too. The work was not what he promised!! It was Incomplete and he over charged me ..I will never go back !

I encountered whom I believe to be the owner and he was horrible. He started cursing at me without me being aware as to what I did wrong. I kept asking but he seemed full of anger and just kept cursing and just seemed like a man angry at life. I looked over at his receptionist to see if she would intervene and she just looked at me as if she is used to it. So just be careful when you walk into this business.
