I called to get an estimate on my camper van being painted. They said I must come in which is understandable. I asked if they had time today. They said yes. I drove 50 minutes from my house to their location. Upon arrival I was asked to wait for the estimator to come out and join me. That took about 20 minutes. When he came out it took him about 5 minutes to take pictures and ask a few questions. I waited about three business days until I called asking when I should expect my estimate. Stephanie, who answered my call said due to the holidays they might be running behind. I said that is understandable but if you could have somebody let me know what is a reasonable time to expect a reply I would appreciate that. She said someone would call me by the end of the day. That didn't happen. I waited one more full week. Again, I called explaining to Stephanie that I had called previously and that I had driven over to get an estimate and I still had not received a reply. This is now 2 weeks after I visited them. She once again said that I should get an answer by the end of the day. It has been two full weeks since then and no reply. I would 100% understand if they said for some reason they couldn't paint my vehicle. But I think it is unreasonable to have somebody drive 50 minutes each way to receive no reply. So this review is to warn you that you might go out of your way to go there to get an estimate and never receive a reply. Not even a no.

You are NOT an interior designer. You are a bodyshop who bought printing equipment for your body shop decals and now think you can create and sell quality large format printing. Your shop is dirty. You have no vision or creativity. Stick to what you know......body work. You cannot run a print shop like a body shop, degrading and belittling your employees, let the big boys take care of large format.....you and your brother inlaw stick to pulling dents.
