In my situation it was an unfortunate accident that created the need, and they worked with GEICO, my insurance company, beautifully. From the second I walked in, it was clear what would be done and how long it would take (approximately). Customer service is outstanding. Communication throughout the process was so consistent I never had to worry for a second or even wonder what was going on. Stacey and Bee helped me and they are both to be commended for their outstanding management in the office and communication. My car looks better than before, and was ready when they said it would be. Unfortunately, over the years I've had more than my fair share of accidents (none were my fault) and have had more than 8 body shop visits. Hands down CC is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. The initial check in was very easy and professional. As the car moved through each step of the process I got a call or a text telling what was found, what was needed, what the next step would be and if there was an issue not found during the initial estimate what it was and if there was going to be any additional cost. There were no surprises when I picked it up. And here is a BIG shout out to B who in this day and age of poor customer service displays the best customer service skills I've ever been on the receiving end of. Thanks B for a pain free experience.

I had my first accident and when my insurance company asked me which shop to go to, I first started looking based on reviews in my area, Gainesville, GA. It was a tedious process because I thought I would be without my pacifica for several weeks, but to my surprise, I chose the best place! From the first day I made an appointment online, very easy, and received a call confirming it. The best part is that they send you text messages at all times indicating each process. In one week, exactly on the day and time they said my car would be ready... that's how it was!!! Just one week!! Excellent work, I have no complaints. Attentive customer service and my car is beautiful. Don't worry about looking for another place, believe me! Recommended!!

This is my 2nd experience with Classic Collision - 1st Sugar Hill and 2nd Gainesville! Both did an AMAZING job!! Staff is so polite, communicate everything up front, keep you updated throughout the process, very fast and the work is top notch. They will always get my business and I tell everyone looking for a body shop about them. I have to take my car back in a week for additional work (not their fault, my ins co just didn't process add'l claim while my car was in shop). I won't use anyone but them! Stacy is the sweetest! I'll add before/after pictures soon. In and out in 2 weeks!

Wonderful job ! Shorter time than expected, my car supposed to be done in 3 weeks but I got it back in 2 weeks. It's beautiful after the repair. They did the great job. Thank you very much !
