The people over there force me to write and rate them 10/10. Ahahahha Anyway, I had a very nice and smooth transaction. And it's a very comfortable place, if you have anything that is need to be repair. In my case, I had an accident. AND back passenger seat side was totally damaged, that you couldn't even opened it, the paint and coat was ruined. But CLASSIC COLLISION, MADE IT LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR, they not only repaired what is needed to be done, but they also detailed my car. I will definitely recommend this place and customer service wad 10/10, staff was super friendly and funny. Thank you again Classic Collision.

I don’t really write reviews but these guys are amazing! I highly recommend,They got my Tacoma in right away and took care of it immediately. It looks Straight out the dealership again. I will definitely be coming back.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Sarkisyan at Classic Collision after an unfortunate accident and vandalism incident. All on one claim I must say, Mike's handling of my claim was nothing short of impressive. His attention to detail and expertise in managing both the accident and vandalism aspects of the claim were truly commendable. We did have to go back and forth a couple times but he showed me that everything would be taken care of with my car! Throughout the entire process, Mike ensured that I was well taken care of. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in his prompt communication and willingness to address any concerns I had. He went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood the steps of the repair process, which really put my mind at ease during a stressful time. I am grateful for Mike's professionalism and genuine care in handling my case. Classic Collision Center truly has an asset in Mike, and I can confidently say that I'll be recommending their services to anyone in need. Update 08.09.23: I posted this review prior to my business with this shop concluding. Throughout the remaining interactions with Classic Collusion, I was provided an outstanding level of guest service. I understand bad days happen, and sometimes, team members can be off their game. Michael came out swinging, alleviated my concerns, and provided an outstanding level of guest recovery. I now have my vehicle back, and he has even gone above to make sure the little details were not missed. Orignal review: This shop was selected to repair my Renegade after I was involved in a bad accident. My insurance selected the repair shop. However, I wish I had gone almost anywhere else. The employees, specifically Micheal, had no concern or care for my plight. The estimate for repairs was 25 days, and after a month of having my vehicle, he was still unable to provide me with a date my vehicle would be returned. Michael attempted to skate accountablity by saying a part was repeatedly lost in shipping. When asked what he was doing to fix this situation, he simply said, "What can I do?". At the very least, I would expect a business to communicate effectively when things are not going according to the estimates or when there are delays. The only update I received was when I called the shop. I still do not have a date for when my vehicle will be returned to me. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. The level of professionalism and accountability is near non-existent.

Lawrence and the team at Classic Collision on Industrial Rd are top notch. They were able to expertly replace the full front radiator support on my 4runner, which required welding! I was in an accident and another body shop tried to just pull the damaged support, but my front end never aligned right. Classic Collision took my entire front end (hood, fenders, bumper, lights, etc.) off and replaced the support, then realigned everything perfectly. Its better than when I bought it!
