He explained the situation and that the oil setting was very low. Chris proceeded to give my son a large oil container . Unfortunately, that didn’t work but we were able to get it over to their shop. They graciously began checking it and ran a diagnostic test for us. They were able to pin point the problem and gave us their recommendation. They had many other cars ahead of us and couldn’t fit us in right away. The car was still drivable so we decided to try and get it home; and we made it. Chris and Ken were absolutely wonderful. They also didn’t charge us. This kind of service is rare and I would highly recommend them. They go beyond what’s expected. They are also very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Thanks guys! You made a very stressful situation less so.

I brought my car in because the muffler was rattling. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Two weeks later, I took my car to another shop for an oil change and they identified the same problem with my muffler that had just been fixed at Classic Auto. I called Classic Auto to ask that they replace the remaining bolt and donut gasket that needed to be replaced and they said they would only fix it if it was something they already worked on. I noted that they identified that bolts and donut gaskets needed to be replaced due to being broken and rusted, so why didn’t they replace the others at the same time. The staff person said they saw one that needed to be replaced and didn’t look at the others. He stated that I could bring back the car to have the remaining bolt and donut gasket replaced but I would have to pay again ($100). This is bad business practice. If you identify that bolts/donut gaskets are broken or rusted out, you should check all of them and not just fix the first one you see and call it a completed job.

The best repair place in Philly! Took my Mercedes to a couple different shops and they said a simple headrest repair would require the replacement of my entire seat. These guys at Classic Auto Repair knew exactly what to do and fixed it correctly and for a fair price! Very knowledgeable and professional!
