Customer service is a joke. Not professional individuals DO NOT buy from this mom and pop shop. They don’t respect their warranties and lie upon buying products TO MAKE BUSINESS! Would give O stars if possible. Held on to my receipt on file since 2018; 2025 now and won’t respect warranty. Manager in charge 1/28/2025 says there’s no need for receipts to have warranty policy on them. With that being said they only exchange what they want and is convenient for them to change.

You will not get them on the phone that's a given. You will find your parts tho. Best to go there and see if they're in stock. Good luck.

Always best price in town. The gentlemen working there are fast and efficient as well as friendly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Open 7 days a week is an A+. Purchased water pump, thermostat, and thermostat gasket for an 08 Honda Civic and total cost $70. Now, who can beat that!?!

Low prices? yes but for low quality parts. Poor customer service . Workers with no education at all , now robots are doing better job than this people . I called to ask for a part and because I didn’t know what engine has my car he just hang up on me . I called again and they Leave me on hold for 22 min till I hung up.
