I recently purchased a used car and wanted to ensure there were no hidden issues, so I brought it here for an inspection. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Shannon, who was both lovely and personable. Clark’s Care Care offers a comfortable customer lounge, which allowed me to get some work done while I waited. The inspection process went smoothly, and at the end, I received a detailed report outlining everything that was checked. They also provided future recommendations for maintenance, which I appreciated as they were not immediate concerns but things to consider down the line. What stood out to me was the genuine approach of the staff; I never felt rushed, and it was clear they valued my business. Finding a reliable auto care company can be challenging, but they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of auto care.

This is the best place i have ever get a great service and wonderful customer care both. They have a cozy customer lounge, which i never got any other place. I was having a massage care while waiting for my inspection process. So while waiting customers can have a comfortable time. They provide detailed report and also best recommendations. All stuffs are so nice, down to earth. Joe is a amazing person he care about each and evry customers and make sure everything is perfect. Once you have there Service you wont go anywhere else.This place is surely reliable I highly recommend Clarks services for auto care.

Great service, including communication and scheduling. Fair prices. I feel welcomed there. Car service and everything related to car maintenance is the last thing I want to worry about… I admit I understand half of what they are telling me to do/change/replace- but it’s a matter of either educating myself or just trusting the mechanics)) I chose to trust them))

Been a customer for 20+ years. Always satisfied. I have a Toyota Camry that I purchased new in 1998 and Clark's is the only place its ever been serviced. To this day, still runs great thanks to them. Can always expect knowledgable, honest and friendly service. Also the location, within walking distance of Metra station, allows for a convenient drop off before work and pickup after without having to take time off. Special shout out to Matt and Joey for always taking care of me. 5 stars +++!!

Brought my truck over to Clark’s car care. They are the best! Honest, professional, and most importantly, down to earth! I will never go to a different shop ever again. Every employee is always super polite and they make you feel like family.
