Had a flat tire on 70 w on 5/11/23 just before downtown during rush hour! Road side service dispatched City Wide out to tow my 2016 Hyundai Accent and Josh was our driver. He was very busy with calls that night so it took awhile for him to get to us but once he did everything progressed along quite rapidly! We can't say enough positive about this young man! He know's his job and does it well...was quick and efficient in getting my car on the flat bed and immediately made room in the rig for me & my passenger so we could finally get out of my car and be on our way home. He was helpful, courteous and made the whole process as smooth as possible! We appreciate his assistance and I highly recommend City Wide for your towing needs! Good people and good service from a local family business! Thanks again Josh we appreciate you!

Needed towed so gave this company a call. Came out quick. Only took them 20/25 minutes to get to me after I called. Friendly tow guy. Dropped my car at the dealership for me. Will definitely be adding them to my contacts list for an emergency tow.
