My first interaction with CBA was with Zack! Greeted me upon entrance and was very polite and professional. Felt heard and in good hands when speaking w/ him. Please pass along my thanks to Zack for me! The rest of the crew did great work. They gave an accurate timeline on when the work would be done. Nothing but good things to say! Car is running great. Only concern I had was a $92 charge for the installation of *one* sparkplug but when I expressed my opinion that it was an outrageous price they waived the charge. Although we weren't able to pinpoint the "stumbling" issue with my car, I am very grateful for their efforts, patience and great service. Communication was good. Kudos also to the shuttle driver!

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) in Fort Collins was above and beyond expectations. My SUV was taken into the service bay prior to my reservation time, and the entire vehicle was inspected to ensure safety on an upcoming road trip. Also, after recently sliding into a curb due to icy roads, I wanted to be sure there was no damage as a result. Fortunately, there was no damage found. It only required an alignment, which was performed quickly and accurately. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The customer service at CBA is exemplary. The staff is very honest, and communication is exceptional. I was very impressed by the whole experience. I will definitely start taking my vehicles there not only for any issues that may arise but for regular maintenance as well.

I've been taking all 4 of my vehicles to CB for several years now. They are polite and professional when it comes to servicing my vehicles. In addition to that, they get the work done in a timely fashion. Their shuttle service is extremely convenient too. Special thanks to Steve (owner), Mike, Sean, Zach, and Brennan for recently servicing 3 of my vehicles so quickly. Thanks Christian Brothers!!!

I have been going to Christian brothers for my jeep for 2 years now. They've been honest, have reasonable-to-lower prices (and definitely less than dealerships!), have explained everything they've found in inspections and what it means, and their waiting room is comfortable. The online booking process is straightforward and they send reminders - it's pretty much everything you could ask for.
