I’m so disappointed in this shop. My car needed a control arm and boot a few hours to fix. Well it took 3 1/2 weeks. The charge was $900 and the back brake(new) was left on back seat the older brake that came with the parts was put on my car and I was told I needed brakes. What .? No way they were fine before I went there. The owner would not give a receipt for the so called work he did, because $90 is owed A friend of mine when also went there for exhaust repair and also was charged $900 for no work done.. ($900 seems to be the going rate). Hopefully it gets better

Horrible costumer Service, But the car on Thursday night they had it all day Friday and then I get a call at 4:30 asking me what was wrong with the car. keep in mind he closes at 5 PM. I ask him did you do the diagnostic he said yes but he had to call the warranty company and come back on Monday as he is not there today. No even the oil change was performed on the car.

First of all I want to say having a good business is communication in which Chrisler Automotive has very poor communication. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and the engine light with a P0411 code came on about a month later, the warranty sent me to Chrisler automotive Group, I took my vehicle to them in November they kept my vehicle for about 3-4 days I came to pickup my vehicle and started it up and the engine light came back on instantly, I went back inside to let him know so they hooked it back up to the diagnostic and now it was showing 40 codes!!! Are you kidding me!!! Anyway he asked me to leave it and I said I’ll be back. I brought it back on the17th of December and didn’t get it back until the 30th of December 2024 and on January 4th 2025 the engine light came back on same code P0411, the warranty people told me to take it back to Chrisler Automotive, Heck no!!! I refuse to take it back there!!!! Top it off the owner wouldn’t even give me a receipt or print out of the work his shop supposed to had did. Talking about he will email it to me. That didn’t happen. I never experience anything like this at no business dealt with!!! That place is sheisty! I had another mechanic look at my vehicle and tell me what he thinks and what work had Chrisler done!!! He said what work???? From the work Chrisler Automotive said they had to do it wasn’t done!!! My engine light is still on to this day!!! “Beware of this place” Terrible!!! Oh yeah and my TMP light is still on as well! They never fixed that, talking about oh I put some air in the tires and the light went out!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I’m done!!!

I brought my car here to get new spark plugs and they ended up messing up the air intake in the engine making my car rev its engine and then cut out. When I brought this to their attention they said they will not be fixing a damn thing and hung up the phone. Terrible Customer service and they obviously have no knowledge on mechanics.

I brought my car there for warranty work on the muffler and they over billed the warranty company so they didn't want to pay for anything. Also I was supposed to get a call back from the manager of the garage a couple of days after they had my car, So I called him and he said he talked to the warranty company but they hadn't heard back from the inspector. I called the warranty company and they told me that wasn't true that they had spoken to him on Friday and were waiting on an estimate from him. He sent it to them while I was on the phone with them claiming $3000 needed to be done. I was just getting strung along. How I know that they were over charging the warranty company was, the garage was charging them $130 for a diagnostic & only charged me $90. So I don't recommend this place. Out of greed he lost my business.
