I used to deliver car parts to chills back when they were located on Blackstone. I have to say they are one of the only shops I would trust with my car and I delivered to allot of shops up and down blackstone. But these guys always stood out because they never cut corners, like many other shops who would order quick fixes. I usually work on my own cars but if I ever got stuck I would go to them for help and they were always willing to help and explain things.

They are a great place to go & they don't mind if you ask alot of questions like me. As a woman they don't talk down to me & explain everything very well. Thier prices are reasonable. I had a new radiator installed & car runs great ! I recommend this place !!!

Initially came here for a diagnosis on a scraping noise on the driver side. They initially said it was the bearings paid $500 to replace bearings and noise is still there, took it back to further diagnose and still can’t find the noise. $500 and 2 days later and I have to take it to another shop. Cool guys though.

I brough tmy truck for over heating it was a intake vavle issue easy right but left with bad coils check engine light now flashing and a catalytic converter issue so dnt look like I'll be returning very disappointed was a long time supporter and goer of this company and to be told my check engine was on before I brought when I knw it wasn't and damn show wasn't flashing just took the cake...for me...screen ur mechanic before u have them wrk on ppl vehicle's

Management is very unprofessional and will ignore your calls even though you are paying them for a service, the guy Carlos does not listen to customers and is very dismissive and won’t talk unless you go up and start talking first. That is not how you run an establishment. They will start working on your vehicle without calling to give you an EXACT price and it’s like they just expect people to have the money whatever they charge after the fact… Went in for all brakes and rotors and they only replaced 2… I just had a feeling something was going to be off. They do not communicate well at all because they were telling me one price one day and then another the next day. Brakes work fine though.
