They won't help you with minor problems, I had an air leak that would have taken 10 minutes to fix. I did it myself, 12 minutes done.

Our Travel Trailer broke down on I-80. The mechanic stopped the work he was doing to immediately look at our trailer. He replaced a wheel bearing and changed another tire for us. We were back on the road in a few hours. Great service. Update - I appreciate how quickly we were back on the road. But if having a Travel Trailer repaired quickly, be sure to visit another repair shop for a thorough inspection. We did and found the brake was disconnected, there was old grease all over the drum that had not been cleaned and the new wheel bearing was already failing. Again, we appreciate the quick attention to get back on the road. But, we recommend getting the work reviewed when you get to your destination.

Good afternoon I am the owner of a semi tractor that your technician came out to the sheetz in North Jackson Ohio for a no crank on March 7th.  When he arrived he asked me what it was doing I told him when you hit the key it doesn't do anything and I explained everything that I checked to him.  He verified it would not start and told me that his computer would not tell him anything for what it was doing so he never even hooked the computer up.  He then open the hood and told me to try to start it that he wanted to listen to my starter.  I turn the key and the truck started right up.  I asked him what he did and he said he didn't do anything and I asked again no seriously what did you do and he said I didn't do anything I just was looking I didn't touch anything.  We left the truck running and he crawled under and wiggled the starter cables and said those were fine nothing loose.   I had already been underneath the truck and check them myself earlier in the morning.  My issue is the fact that I got charged $250 for the road call which I totally understand that but then $135 for what he says he found loose connections at the starter and then the truck started up.  He did nothing to my truck to get it to start.  The truck had a mind of its own and he even said that himself.  The company I'm headed to paid the bill before I left but I'm trying to figure out how you guys justify $410 in this situation?    And the fact that right in the writing the technician lies about the cables being loose.   Could I please get an explanation on this? . Would not recommend you guys to anyone if this is how you are gonna treat the trucking industry. Highway robbery at its finest. $250 for 20 miles round trip if that. Smh.
