This business is very trustworthy and does excellent mechanical work. We have taken 4 different vehicles to Chatto's for mechanical and body work. Mr. Chatto has always been professional, honest, trustworthy, timely, and fair priced. Most recently we took my 2013 Toyota Highlander in for rear brake repair, which the dealer had advised me needed done. Prior to dropping our vehicle off he had the parts ordered and waiting to replace. But apon examining my brake needs he found that they were still 80%, and not needing any repair or replacement. Then did not charge us for his time. We also had a tailgate replaced after damage at home on my husband's 2019 Chevy truck. He matched the paint color perfectly, as well as finding the exact replacement. We value Mr. Chatto's skills, vehicle repair talents, & honesty. He is worth every dollar, every hour and all the care he puts into our vehicles. He is a real value we have been able to count on in our vehicles needs. and fair with everyone of our vehicle needs. Most recently we took our 2013 Totota Highlander into him for brake replacement, that the Toyota dealer advised me needed repairing. Rotors, brake calliper’s, break pads all replaced 13 months ago, 14,000 miles ( mostly highway ) rear break pads were completely gone, rotors warped callipers ruined, same with the front but not as severe. Started hearing the noise about 45 minutes from home like the pads were worn and got home to this. Charged me $1600 cash in parts and labor, got another $400 in parts fixing it myself & 8+ hours in labor myself. Oh he did put a bumper on for free and changed my wheels! Would highly not recommend using this shop with my experience and a buddys experience.

We take all our vehicles to Mike Chattos for service. We trust his work and his advice. Price is fair and work quality is excellent. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. If his is not your auto mechanic, he should be!

Goes above and beyond other mechanics and warranties his work. Used to take my cars to the dealer but found that Mike does a better quality job for way better rates. And uses OEM parts which is a big plus in my book.

I am the owner of the Envoy in which you diagnosed a bent frame and declared the rear end differential sound. The rear end was not filled or even checked. I ruined the spider gears due to your shoddy laziness. And there is nothing wrong with the frame. I wouldn't trust you to work on a tricycle!
