i went to this workshop to change my exhaust for an inspection. turns out it took me about four hours waiting, and when i rode back home my bike was stopped and running out the battery. so i checked it myself and there was a socket that’s still not plugged properly and its the main reason my battery was out. i also didn’t like the way they worked with my bike. didn’t deserve that hourly rate compared to other workshops i went.

They did a great job on my motorcycles the powder coating the way Charlie and Tony help me with the colors and the idea's they gave me . I'm very impressed with everything they have done for me. The people that work there are on the money . I love going there just to look at what they have done to other bikes . I can go on but you get the picture

Most shop won't touch a ducati since they somehow required specific tools for certain parts. I've asked several shop including ducati dealer to see if they'd just mount the tires that I've purchased, they turned me down either they said they don't have the special tools for the job or they either required in order for them to mount the tires I have to purchase them from them directly for liability reason... Found Charlie's chop shop through a friend and they have no issue with just mounting the tires for reasonable price, I also checked with the mechanic and ask if he could tighten up the oil filter since I could not hand tight enough and it's sipping oils. And he tight it up for me no questions asked! This is by far the most pleasant experience I have with other motorcycle repair shop, also don't let the name fool you, it sounds ghetto but the store front is beautifully decorated with customs bikes, will come back again for sure!

My Ducati M796 had problem starting then it was not starting at all. Took it to Charlie and they found a bad starter. The bike starts in less than 1 second now. The shop is like a museum and super clean. Highly recommended. Thanks Charlie.
