Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but since I bought my car at this location, I have been here twice for service and left happy each time. I live almost two hours away and still chose this location because of the good experience I have had with them. Angie in service is wonderful. The service guys do a great job. They took care of my Bronco, replacing the windshield, an oil change, and standard inspections for less than other locations quoted me. They got me a ride to get lunch while I waited. They record videos of your car and update you on everything. Highly recommend Ford of Horsham.

We visited this dealer on a Monday, around 11:45 am. I submitted a request to test drive a vehicle on their website early that morning (never heard from anyone). After our errands we're completed, my wife called the store....the person she spoke with said to come on in and she'd have the vehicle ready for us. We arrived about 30 minutes after that call. The vehicle was not ready. We walked into the Jeep store (as we were directed to by the person my wife spoke to) there were 3 'sales people' sitting to our right focused on their computers...none even looked up when we walked in. None were on their phones. We walked around the showroom, looked at 2 units, no one looked up or asked us if we needed help. The 2 people at the 'finance' desk did not look up at us either (one behind the desk, the other waiting for his deal to be completed?)...my wife finally went over to ask someone for help. The person she spoke to (I cannot recall his name), did help us. He had to walk over to the Ford store to get the keys. We test drove the Jeep we wanted to. We sat with salesperson and discussed our mechanical concerns we had with the unit in question. We did not discuss numbers/amounts as we did not bring the Vehicle we would be trading in. After a week or so, we can rec'd an automated email from the GM. The usual follow up email....I responded to his email and described in greater detail our experience at this dealership....as of this review (10/28/22), I have not received a call or email from anyone at this dealership. Keep in mind, we went to this dealer on a Monday...not a Friday or Saturday...and still received such poor service. This is why they are receiving such a poor review. I cannot see us doing any business with this dealership.

I wanted to take care of an electrical issue with the vehicle model I have in my 2022 Expedition. So I called the service rep to make a change in an appointment they created on my behalf when I bought a car 3 month prior to that (why do they think I'll need an oil change in 3 month?). I explained the service rep that the vehicle modem needs to be diagnosed and it may take a long time so I need a loaner for that, on which I was told that it won't require much time and the loaner is not necessary. So had to drive for 50 minutes for the appointment just to hear that the electrical issue will take the entire day, but they don't have a loaner for me. Also, the service advisor Dennis told me that it is my fault that I talked to a service rep over the phone and they didn't recognize that I'll need a loaner. Way to go! On the side note, Chapman Ford of Horsham sales department is the best I had business with in many years. Not sure why service dep doesn't care about customers that much though.

During a phone call with the used car sales manager, Dave, he continually interrupted me and wouldn't let me speak. Also, he wanted me to agree to the price, trade-in value of my car, and payments before he would transfer the Ford f-150 to the lot closest to my home for A TEST DRIVE. Because of the initial disrespect and shady business practices just from a phone conversation, I wouldn't do business with them.
