Great experience with Chapman Auto Repair. Alan with Chapman is fantastic and helped us get our Toyota Sequoia fixed in short order after a problem with overheating. They were honest and fair - all I could ask for honestly.

I want to leave a fair review about this place, however, what they charged me for a starter on a Honda Element was double then what I was quoted by another shop. The only problem was, the car needed to be repaired immediately as my mother is handicap and she had doctors appointments the following day, but over $1072.00 for a starter? I asked him what the hourly rate for labor was and he says they only charge by the job. Also on their website, it says they do all these extras for you which I did not get in my service including a simple car wash. Wasn’t asking them to detail the car, but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve at least wash the outside of the car before I picked it up and for what I spent, I will not be returning back to their shop. Allen is not exactly The best at customer service and they wrote a long list of things that my car needed and I do maintenance on my car regularly. If I had them work on everything it would have been over 2200.00 for the starter and the oil pan replacement, no thanks! I will say this, great mechanics but over priced.

Chapman Auto Repair was great! Took my 2007 Lexus GS 350 in for service. Kennyard and Alan were friendly and helpful. Show was clean and organized. I will continue to bring my cars to Chapman Auto Repair.
