It really took me some thinking to write this, but after weeks of looking at how f*cked up my car is, I might as well let everyone know about it. ( this message is long but it will be worth it. Trust me) My name is Chris. I’ve been a customer of Mo since 2021. Previously I had a fender issue and he did a pretty good job. I even wrote a good review for him as he was really helpful and charged me a very very fair price. Upon this reason, this was why I decided to go to him when I got into an accident around the 3rd week of January in 2022. I damaged my left fender, bumper, tire, suspension, etc When this happened , my car was towed to jersey. I was stressed and didn’t know who to call. That’s when I thought of Mo. I gave them a call and they were really helpful. They got my car out of jersey to their shop, as others were charging hundreds more. I put all my faith in these people because you can’t really trust anyone these days. They had my car for about 3 weeks or so. I was really looking forward to getting my car back. There was a lot of back and forth with the insurance but I made sure that the communication between them and M&R was always consistent. Long story short, the first day I got my car, I didn’t do that much of an inspection. I kinda glanced the car and was like wow this guy did a nice job ( I’m a young guy so bear with me as I’m still learning) The moment I took it home was when I started to notice everything. There was a lot of things that were not attached properly. I will attach pictures of everything. I then hit up Mo and told him hey man, I notice some issues with the body work you did. I sent them pictures and they happily told me to bring it and they’ll fix it. I brought it in , they sort of fixed it. I left. Couple days after, the weather changed. When I noticed my car, the fender that they had fixed , was way white than the other parts of the car. I took it to them again, and Mo said he’ll fix it. I left my car for 2 or 3 days. I got my car back, and when I checked the car, it seemed fine. After, I started to notice, that now this re painted fender, is way more yellow than the original color. At this point I was so frustrated. This was already too much. I’ve been to this guys shop like 3 times. This time, I was told they can’t do anything. All they kept giving me throughout the entire time was that my insurance paid for “ cheap parts” or the car was already re painted. They also said that they had to re use some of my old parts since the insurance didn’t fully pay for everything, and how they saved me $500 from my deductible. I really don't know how many re-used parts they used, but I will say that the parts used were not in the best condition. When I tell you, I kept getting different excuses from these people, one after the next. Every time it was something different. They went from "its your insurance paying for cheap parts " to " we had to reuse some of the old parts because the insurance didn't pay for good parts". Honestly, M&R messed up my car and everyday I look at my car, I notice something new that they didn’t fix properly. I had so much faith in these people, trust me, but now, they really disappointed me to the core. I now have to see if I can find a body shop that can fix everything from the parts that’s not attached properly to the different color fender. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this one really left a bad taste in my Mouth. This is why I’m writing this review, to tell others to not go to these people. They indeed were very helpful and looked out for me when I didn’t have anyone else to pick up my car. But honestly, with everything I’ve been through, I wish I would’ve went to a more reputable body shop. They will most definitely not like this review, but I Honestly don’t care. Like I said, I will attach pictures of most of the issues I see so you can judge it on your own. I hope no one ever experiences this like I did. By the way, I’m giving them one star for saving me the $500 deductible and being so helpful in the beginning. NEVER AGAIN!

M&R Collision did an amazing job with my car. They had it back to me in less than 48 hours at a reasonable and expected price. Mo was very honest and professional this was my first time here and I will be back in the future if needed.

Highly recommend Mo an M & R Collision and General Repair. My family only trusts Mo with our cars. He is super reliable, honest and provides great service and work. Mo will be straight up with you on what your car needs and for it to be safe. Other mechanics will try to sell you on unnecessary stuff and Mo is not like that. I have tried other mechanics near me as I have moved further away but have returned to M & R Collision for their honest and great work. Reach out to Mo you won't regret it!

I recently bought a brand new Nissan GT-R from the Nissan dealership in garden city, to my misfortune i ended up wrecking the car within a couple of months. Thankfully my brother in law recommended that i go visit Mo just to get an estimate. I'll tell you that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, Mo and his staff did everything the could to assure my that my baby will come back looking the way i bought it... and they were right. Not only did my car look brand new but the paint matched perfectly! I've had some cheaper work done at some other shops but the quality at M&R was unmatched. I could not tell that my car was ever in accident neither could the dealer. He also saved me my $1000 Deductible! ... I would honestly never go anywhere else for my car repair. You get treated like family
