Be extremely careful with this company, we called to drop off a pump that wouldn't start. Told them to get it running and to change the oil, service the motor, and to call us and let us know what's going on. Agent stated they would get to it in 2-3 days. Just over two weeks later after calling almost every day the second week with no answers or communication from these guys, we get a call to come pick our equipment up and that it was going to be over 4k, after expecting maybe a 1500 max bill, never called to ok any additional work after diagnosing a blown fuse, per the notes they tore into my hydraulic system ( not knowing how to work on it) and left my hydraulic manifold tore apart and charged me 16 hours in labor at 185 an hour. Changed a jack stand after we told the agent not to work on that a day after we dropped it off. Took apart my hydraulic manifold left my coil hanging, lost the locking nut to secure it and put in the notes to take to a hydraulic company that they couldn't work on that stuff. These guys are incompetent and are crooks. After complaining to the manager they stated it is what it is and told us that's the price if we wanted our equipment back. Thanks for damaging my equipment more then what it was when I brought it in, not putting my parts back how you found them and costing me additional hours and hundreds of dollars to fix your technicians sloppy work. I put my coil back on and my pump worked fine, it never had issues tell you guys pulled it apart! Debating filing a formal complaint. Absolute trash service, horrible and non existent communication, no integrity on quality of service when they did more than asked without getting approval. Great job on my oil change I'm hoping you guys put the right oil in it at this point.
