Garbage spot for service. Been here a couple times. Each time , you're made to feel as if you're annoying him (on site mechanic) by requesting help. Unless you're of the same ethnicity, then i do see a noticeable difference in decorum/courtesy. Major price gouging here as well.

Best prices in town along with quality work. I always deal with Bihn and he is up front, even if it means telling you your car will take 1 week or that they don't handle your type of work... you might have to wait or look elsewhere but at least you know where you stand. This is my go to shop! 💯👍

Doesn't communicate to ask what the problem is and is not good with electrical problems could not diagnose my no crank no start even though I asked if he could on the the phone so now I am using a 2nd AAA tow to get towed down the street to another shop

BEWARE this place rips you off and is not honest. Had been going here for over 10 yrs. Recently I took my truck because it had a leaky hose to the fuel pump. They told me it was the fuel pump and it would cost 530 to fix, being that I thought they were honest I had them fix it. Soon as I left the shop a few blocks away the truck stalled and fuel line was pouring out in the street. Called them to come get it which they did now the fuel pump which they claim to have fixed has trouble starting daily never had that problem starting before . Took my Civic there to get checked due to shaking, they told me it's the trans and it would cost 2 grand, it ended up being the motor mounts. Swing be going here anymore

Good service. Good prices. Especially as a woman, auto shops tend to take advantage of you. But not this one.
