Was in an accident which resulted in damage to the hood, driver's side front and side panels going down the length of the car. I had the car towed to Center Island Collision while I was waiting on a decision from my insurance company. Well the insurance company said the car was totaled. I told them I just wanted it fixed but they said no, totalled. I called Bruce at Center Island and told him that and he said I do have the option to repair the car... especially since the damage was basically cosmetic in nature. Thanks to him I called my insurance company back and yes, I did not have to surrender the car, I could get it repaired. Bruce could have just said "yup, totalled" but he gave me the option to fix it and that's what I did. The car came out looking better than ever and I couldn't be happier! Their attention to detail is what it's all about. I highly recommend this shop not only for the fantastic workmanship but for the integrity of the business owner as well. Class act all the way! Here's a summary of the douchebaggery I experienced. Said car was in accident, panels repainted, not original hood. False, had it checked by 2 reputable body shops. Couldn't schedule and appointment my first trip there because the part was 6 weeks out and they were backed up anyway. (delay 1, part was readily available as well). Said insurance emailed them a couple of days before my appointment with price change. Turns out that initially Center Island collision they never submitted a price when submitting the repair to insurance. (Delay #2) He said he usually orders parts 2 days in advance because they come quickly. So, basically he waits until last minute and if the part isn't on time your appointment gets delayed. This was also a cop out for forgetting to follow up on submitting a price to insurance. Said car parts could be discontinued or price change in 15 days. I suggested if he knew that he should have ordered the part when I set the appointment 60 days in advance. He said 'what am I supposed to do, sit around with the part in my shop?' I said then why schedule an appointment with me 60-90 days out. He said he's never seen a price change happen contradicting what he said 3 statements ago. Said couldn't take care of me on my scheduled day because they're backed up. Insurance said he should have taken the car in. Said the insurance company is shady. He said that insurance will only replace with after market parts. Insurance says oem or after market. Horrible experience. They don't want the insurance work. Plain and simple. Oh p.s. they didn't repair my car so I can't speak to the work they actually do. We never got to that point.

Backed into a hatched, rear left tail lights, bumper all needed to be repaired! Very satisfied to have my car back within 3 days! Look good as new! Bruce & Norman were very professional!

I would have given more stars and a better review of this business. CIC is a registered repair shop for Carvana and CIC will work with Silver Rock. Back in November, I brought my car in to CIC to replace some parts that were covered under warranty. Although they replaced the parts, it took at least a month or two to get an invoice which is a basic request for a customer to ask a business. I finally did received an invoice but there was no dollar amount or total listed. CIC needs to improve on their communication and organizational skills.
