I had an incident where a truck ended up hitting the whole side of my passenger side while I was waiting at the stop light. The damage was pretty big and I had to find a collision to fix all the damages that the truck had caused. I spent one night searching the top rated collisions around my area and found Castle Collision of Suffolk. I was reading the reviews and everyone of them was outstanding, so I decided to go there in person and see what they could do for me. The minute I walked in there Greg was so kind and generous. He was professional and explained things very clearly to me. He answered all the questions I had in mind and if I ever needed anything he said to give him a call. They took great care of my car and it came out amazing. After dealing with so many problems with the insurances, Castle Collision treated me like family. I felt welcomed and comfortable leaving my car in good hands. They even gave me a life time warranty on my car which is a great benefit. They were so nice to even wash and clean my car after all the work they had done. I also had bought a certain part of the car and Greg made sure that I was going to get reimbursed for it. Thank so much Castle Collision, I know that if I ever need a type of job like this I will go to them. Best experience I ever had.

I had such a great experience working with Greg at Castle Collision of Suffolk. I had damages to my car due to an accident and when I brought the car to Greg he immediately assured me that I would be taken cared of. He advised me on the steps to contact my insurance company of where my vehicle was and told me not to worry about anything. I called a few times with questions and Greg was knowledgeable and most importantly he was very caring. Knowing my car was in great hands was such a piece of mind. Natalie from the front desk called me when my car was ready and was super nice. I thank both Greg and Natalie for great service while we worked together. When I got my car back I was happy to see that the repairs exceeded my expectations. Very Impressed with the work. I would definitely recommend other people to come to Castle Collision of Suffolk as I am certain they will receive excellent service. Thank you again for excellent service and have a Happy New year!

This is the best in the industry. Very professional service. Excellent Customer Service. Greg is the best, very helpful, attentive to your needs. Helps you work with the insurance company. He gives you a sense confidence and security which is exactly what you need at a time like this. Excellent, great quality job. At the end my car looked like new. I highly recommend Castle Collision. As a first time customer, My experience has been amazing! I came in not knowing what to do or say and I got greeted immediately by the manager Greg. He made sure I was helped and he explained to me thoroughly the in and outs of how it works when someone hits your car and how he will help me. There was no wait time at all! Long story short, I was told how long I would be in the rental and when my car was expected to be finished. It ended up being done before they thought it would, which was great! When I got my car back, it looked BRAND NEW! I was super happy with the finishing look. Awesome Awesome job. I found my new body shop! I highly recommend family and friends!
