I bought a new car a few months ago at I went in for a check in for my new car. Sales person Ulises was super friendly asking if I needed anything else. Services agent Marlex told me car was looking good and at this time my oil change was not needed. I check in the parts I鈥檓 looking into buy a front view c谩mara for my new car and part mangers Marlon was also very friendly and informative. Thank you 馃槉 very happy with the services

I only go to castle Chevrolet in villa Park for my service. I have Rick or Rusty do maintenance on my vehicles they are hands down the best!! I had some maintenance done last week and a rattle sound coming from my brand new car, Rusty took care of both things and I was out in a little over an hour. I have had issues with the people who check you in they don't really like to listen to what you're saying and like to ignore that I've made a appointment with a specific mechanic.
