CARSTAR Excel Auto Collision

After being involved in an accident where I was hit from behind and pushed into another vehicle, my insurance company put me in touch with Carstar Excel. Damian Carinchi worked with me throughout the entire process. It wasn’t an easy fix as parts were difficult to find or on backorder from the local dealer. I checked with our dealership in Northern California and they were able to locate the part and get it to Carstar Excel so they were able to finish the repairs. Inability to obtain the necessary parts was the most frustrating aspect of the repair. Once the car was completed we found our vehicle to be in excellent condition. Prior to pick up, our car was detailed inside and out to look just great.

Working through the sometimes difficult claims process with insurance companies with ease, they were able to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible and it looked as good as new! Damien & the team at EXCEL did a great job on my truck. I had some corrosion issues and they methodically fixed the damaged & restored the truck to look like it was brand new from the factory. Damien always answered the phone and provided great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
