Caron’s did an outstanding job on repairing the damaged driver side door on our 2013 Toyota Corolla. The “hit & run” incident left us with a badly damaged door in need of replacement. The actual paint application and blending was excellent ! We did return with the car to have the driver side door looked over as there was a “rattle” heard each time it was closed along with a slight alignment problem with the window. Mike took care of the problem and the new door and window assembly now work fine ! Along with this Mike and his crew polished the left rear panel to a high gloss to match the new paint applied. Mike and his workers went “above and beyond” to ensure the car looked great ! Mike was very personable, very patient and understanding and was such a pleasure to work with. Caron’s collision business stood by their work 100 percent. Should I ever need repair work done in the future there would be no hesitation on my part to drive out to Augusta to have Caron’s collision do the work. We are so grateful for their honesty and workmanship. This Toyota Corolla we bought new in August of 2013 is the only vehicle we have and Caron’s did well by us. Thank you !

Tanya was a delight to deal with/ speak with through several interactions by phone and in person! Adam did the appraisal and was great in explaining the costs and process for repair. The time frame for getting my vehicle in and completing the repair work was very good and the quality of work / repair was great as well, thanks to all who worked to get our vehicle repaired and back to us, you all are much appreciated!

Caron's fixed a small dent in my car after an accident. The work done seems like good quality. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they had my car for 2 weeks because they went on vacation. They originally quoted 9 days and when I called them because it had been 11 days they told me it would be done the next day because they had been on vacation. That's extra days I had to pay for a rental car and was inconvenient to schedule around. They also didn't communicate with my insurance well. I had to step in a few times. Overall, I just hope I don't need body work again.
