Wonderful and prompt experience from beginning to end. We had our 2007 gmc yukon transmission replaced. With that, an overall inspection was done with a few other things repaired. Sully was honest and dependable from beginning. He handled all our questions with detail and kindness. Definitely recommend.

Usually don’t leave negative reviews for other businesses but this is the only recourse I have. Have had several transmissions built over the years with Carolina and referred countless people. After using them for my 15 Silverado I will not be returning. This shop is an hour and a half one way drive x2 cars. I made this trip 3 times trying to get them to correct the issues with my transmission. Only for them to tell me they didn’t feel what I was talking about. After they gave it back the first time it had a clunk while downshifting and a thump going in 2nd. They told me it was corrected and I got a ride and picked it up. The downshifting was fixed but the thump while shifting up wasn’t. They said maybe it needed to reset to my driving habits. After it didn’t we made the 3 hour round trip again and dropped it off and let them know the next week was spring break and we planned on driving it to Florida. A week went by with no word so I called, just to be informed that his tech drove it and didn’t feel anything. I was pissed that they wouldn’t just call me the next day if they weren’t going to honor their work. Another 3 hour round trip and gas/time for two vehicles. Talked to the last two guys I sent for work and they had to take their vehicles back also. Don’t know if it changed hands in the last few years but the work is trash. Spend the extra $400 and have it done by a professional shop. I spent this much in time and gas trying to save a dime. Make sure you read all reviews and believe the negative reviews.:::Update in retaliation for my honest review a person from this company that goes by Carolina catfish left the negative review on my business site. If I would have known the type of people that run this business, I would’ve never done business with them or sent over 10 customers to them in the past, never again.

Never have i had to deal with such professional individuals. I mean my car sat there after my wreck in Oct. No storage fees and they did such excellent work on my transmission and finessed the insurance company bc the other driver was at fault. Very courteous and prompt. They worked with me every step of the way. Highly recommended!!!!

**WARNING** Do not take your car here to get your tranmission repaired!!! When our Ford Escape's transmission failed we were told by "David" that we would have our rebuilt tranmission completed in 1 week and installed. When we called a week later they never touched our car. It was pushed to the side. It took them 2 months to make the repair. Every week that we would call to check on it we were told they are looking at it and they kept blowing us off. This is your warning that if you plan on taking your tranmission in for them to repair then be prepared to wait a very long time. Also do not and I repeat do not do business with these disrespectful people. They will steal your money and come up with a false story to keep your money. David and his wife are crooks and doesn't belong in Cherokee County. They will have their day of reckoning for screwing over people. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THERE POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!

I got my transmission swapped out for a rebuilt one. That was a big mistake. It was done in December and I have taken it back 2 times. It’s doing the same thing my original was doing when it went out. They acting like I don’t know what I’m talking about I guess cause I’m a woman. I advise anybody not to go here! I have never seen a woman there. I’ve had my truck for 15 years and always kept maintenance up on it. I drive 30 minutes everyday to work on 85 why wouldn’t I keep the maintenance up and if I didn’t I wouldn’t have given yall $2000.

DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT bring your car here, my step brought his car and they charged him $600 and didnt even fix the issue, after looking at it was a minor problem they should have found, they didn't listen and just did nonsense work to get paid....0 stars
