I cannot say enough about these people! Simply amazing, honest, down to earth, good ole souls working here. I broke down on I40- lost power to vehicle and I had 3 kids in the car. Within 20 minutes they arrived. Once we got to the shop, the man immediately started to diagnose it. Ended up being a blown out air intake hose. Within an hour they had me up and running. Forever grateful to have broken down near them 🙏 we need more people in this world like this crew I encountered. Love a good mom and pop shop

Amazing people! Super helpful and very informative. Plus we were actually shocked with their surprisingly reasonable pricing for the work we had done. We honestly expected twice the cost they charged us and we were extremely relieved and actually a bit excited when they told us. And it also was really nice that they worked us into their schedule when we were in a really tough spot and needed the help immediately. Smooth and easy experience.

Amazing people with amazing hearts who actually care. Excellent knowledge and experience with transfer cases. We were stuck unmovable when ours started grinding while beginning to travel cross country and they informed us and even showed me on another transfer case how things worked in impressive detail, including also te full honest range of the time of a potential repair - even to the loss of a nice amount of business from us for us to make the best decision for "us". Their prices were VERY reasonable compared to others however they allowed us the awareness of both best and more realistic expectations so we could choose appropriately timewise for our situation. We also had to use their jack for a very long time afterhours and they stayed beyond their normal hours to help us out to unhitch and rehitch our Uhaul trailer with our stuff in it while we got another vehicle and had our truck transported across country since we had to leave the area and country before the work could be 100% guaranteed to be completed. They very well could have strung us along for the job and we would not have known any better and been severely hurt had it not worked out in all our favors. But because they were fully honest about things, focusing on protecting "us" and allowing us to make the wisest choices for our predicament, abd because of their open hearts to help and even assist us without pay with our trailer, etc., I just had to leave a great rating so others can know about this place. Though it is hard to share our full blessing of an experience, just understand and trust that when you bring your vehicle to these guys, you are in great hands and can trust you are getting people who care, who have a wide range of knowledge and expertise, integrity, great prices, and you can expect a peaceful and enjoyable overall experience even in a time of tremendous anxiety. It is hard to find people these days who have characters like the crew there at Carolina Auto and Transmission. I would drive way out of my way to go to a place/ people like this. even if I lived an hour or more away. 5 Stars A+++ Highly Recommended. Thanks for all your help guys. It truly meant the world to us.

They have had my car for over two months and keep delaying my repair because the owner 'didnt make it in' . They are terrible in service, reliability, and communication. If I could rate negative stars I would.
