I’ve been to Inglewood CarMax Service Center for a few minor repairs, as well as an oil change or two. My most recent visit was for brake pad replacement. And again, it was a 10/10 experience. The inspection provided me with a second opinion that was congruent with that of the dealers initial brake inspection. Only CarMax offered a considerably competitive price… 50% less! Blas was my service liaison for this most recent visit, and he, like the ones before him, went the extra mile. Not only did he provide efficient communication and accurate time estimates, but my car was also returned to me looking cleaner and sharper than when I dropped it off. I continue to recommend CarMax and the Inglewood team without any hesitation. They don’t just set a standard for car service, they raise it. I’m so grateful to have them as a local resource 🙏🏼⭐️

Always double check everything you’re getting done gets done before you leave…. I Brought my MDX and my engine cover went missing!!!! Was charged to get the cabin air filter changed and it was never changed. Also when I got my oil change whoever was working on my car messed up the screw and had to pay $300 to get a new pan!!! Just letting all you need Carmax owners know this.

Purchased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 in November. Took the vehicle to my mechanic and found some issues that needed to be addressed. Made an appointment for service, and CarMax took care of close to $2700 in repairs under warranty. I am very pleased with their service and communication and professionalism. Highly recommend CarMax and their service. The service facility was clean and everybody was quite helpful and friendly when I came in. My service consultant Machelle was very helpful and professional and updated me daily on the progress of my vehicle.

EXCELLENT customer service at this location. I had a battery die on me in a car I purchased within the 90 day warranty window. They sent a tow truck, put me in a nice loaner, and had me back in my car on Monday. Big thanks to Jonathan for making this as painless as possible.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Carmax and unfortunately I had issues with the engine. I contacted the service department to learn that my warranty would expire soon. After several days and speaking with management from various departments. I was informed that upper management chose not to honor the agreement and that the repairs must be paid out of pocket. The scope of work was within the warranty agreement timeframe and yet I was still denied. I would not be shopping for any more vehicles at Carmax not would I suggest anyone purchase an extended warranty from them.
