My trip starts on day 12 after the order so we don't have the rack. They are refunding my money but I wish they'd have told me so i could have made other arrangements for my cargo carrier. Very bad customer service and now I have to wait for my refund too...

Ordered crossbars back in April 5th. One month goes by and I dont have any news. I call cargogear and the guy says I should have it by beginning of June. It's been 2 months and not a word from him. I call back to cancel my order and no apologies, just a "ok, it's cancelled." Don't order from cargogear unless you like wasting time.
